Training for The Great British Bake Off tent, from a home kitchen.
The tent is where The Great British Bake Off is filmed, and I have never been near it. I have never worked in a kitchen or been to culinary school either. So I went through all 461 challenges from 16 series of the show to find out what it really tests, and now I am training for it in public, one bake a week. My wife Jana judges. A handshake from her is rarer than one from Paul Hollywood.
